To understand the immeasurable, the mind must be extraordinarily quiet, still.
Meditation is simple, but getting down to a meditation floor is complicated, especially when you’re doing it on your own. There are many types of meditating, but with me, we will focus only on two: mindfulness meditation, and loving-kindness meditation. Both will have intervals wherein we will all focus on the breath.
Anyone with or without a regular meditation practice can join the circle.
When: Mondays, 6:20-6:40pm
Where: Salcedo Park (yes, it is a noisy place after six in the evening but it will be good practice for us!)
Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be sitting on the ground
